We want to bring the best cuisine to you so that you can share it with family, friends and colleagues.

Chez Vous began because we wanted to bring the highest quality French cuisine into people’s homes, making it more affordable and memorable. That means you can host a personal and informal gathering whilst also enjoying a meal that is on a par with the best restaurant dining experience.

Good food is one of life’s great pleasures. It needn’t be complicated or expensive. Our menus offer great value for money so that you can enjoy this level of quality in food and service even through these challenging times.

TONY MORDELET

Tony is a passionate and immensely skilled chef, classically trained in France and experienced in both French and international cuisine.

He always knew he wanted to cook. Starting close to home, with the local dishes of the Loire Valley, he then completed five years of specialist training and emerged as a fully qualified chef in 1997. He arrived in Burgundy, the heartland of French cuisine, as a Pastry Chef but was quickly drawn further into the kitchen as he became fascinated by the region and its classic gastronomy.

He went on to cook at French restaurants in Beaune, Lyon(HILTON), Marseille and Andora before arriving at the Amigo Hotel in Brussels. This is where his cooking went to another level as he further developed his skills as a master chef.

Tony and Eirene decided to make Athens their home in 2006 and after having cooked at Sofitel and Novotel(executive Chef), the idea for Chez Vous was born.


EIRENE KOLLINTZA

Having worked at five star hotels all over Europe, Eirene is a highly experienced hospitality professional.

With a degree in Hospitality Management she moved quickly through the ranks of the Hilton Group, working in Glasgow, Paris, Lyon and Brussels before returning with Tony to Athens and freelancing in various top establishments as a consultant.

She advises organizations on staff training as well as all aspects of quality control and customer service. In creating the Chez Vous concept with Tony, Eirene is using her detailed knowledge of catering and customer care to create a unique and special service.

Our service begins with a visit to your home to discuss the menu and your plans for the meal. We will check over the kitchen so that we can bring any additional utensils or equipment if necessary. Next we source the finest ingredients, using local suppliers where possible.

A filo parcel with fillets of porc and a garlic cream sauce, miniature ‘choucroute caramelised with a Belgian beer

Filet of Sea bream cooked on its skin, with a ‘Barigoule’ of artichokes
